What to Know
You should be comfortable with definitions of Vector Spaces, and their Subspaces (and how to prove that!). You should be comfortable applying notions of Linear Combinations and how that relates to dependence or Spans (as well as using systems of linear equations and solving for different key values - 0 Vector, scalars, etc.). Additionally, you should practice proving things, specifically Set equality or showing how a "fact" holds using a general case. Go through past Midterms below or check the Tutorials page for related examples.
